From the terroir to the winemaking, this sparkling Brut rosé has a stellar provenance. Grown in the Russian River, where pinot noir and chardonnay thrive, the grapes are hand-harvested and the pinot is cold-soaked to preserve its fresh, strawberry notes. Adding the chardonnay lends a vibrant structure. With aromatics of red summer berries, followed by strawberries, lemon curd, and bread on the palate, this Brut rosé balances well with charcuterie and grilled meats.
