Once your order has been processed, your latkes will be shipped to you for 2-day delivery. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date. Linda's Gourmet Latkes ships Monday through Wednesday.

Use and Care
- These products will be shipped frozen, but may arrive slightly thawed; this is normal
- Freeze upon arrival
- The knishes will remain fresh for up to 1 year frozen
- To cook, preheat oven to 375° and cook frozen knishes (do not defrost) on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until brown
- For best results, cook knishes in the oven, but they can also be microwaves for 3-4 minutes
