Twenty-five years ago, François-Xavier Delmas founded Le Palais des Thés. Dissatisfied by the limited tea offerings available in France, this tea connoisseur began blending his own tea using the most exotic ingredients. Today his family continues the tradition.

Our Cup of Tea

We love cooking with tea. The dates and orange flower notes in the Hammam blend make for an interesting base for a marinade. Brine a pork loin or turkey breast by using any Le Palais des Thé's fragrant blends. Just add equal parts salt and sugar, peppercorns, bay leaves, raw onion, and sliced lemons. Refrigerate overnight. Then slowly braise in the oven until the meat is fork tender.
