Once your order is processed, your fish will arrive raw, fresh, chilled and portioned with skin and bones removed. It will be shipped overnight and is specially packaged in an insulated box with ice. Honolulu Fish Company ships Monday through Friday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of the ship date.
Fresh Fish
Most of the Mahi Mahi in the United States has been fished in foreign countries, frozen, and packaged for shipment worldwide. This particular Mahi Mahi is fished in cold Hawaiian waters, freshly caught and never frozen, showcasing it's glass-like texture. This fish is great as a ceviche. Drizzle a finger lime vinaigrette on the Mahi Mahi and garnish with thinly sliced shishito peppers and micro-cilantro.
