Once your order is processed, your fish will arrive raw, fresh, chilled and portioned with skin and bones removed. It will be shipped overnight and is specially packaged in an insulated box with ice. Honolulu Fish Company ships Monday through Friday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of the ship date.

Almost all of the salmon in the United States seafood market is Atlantic salmon because it's much easier to raise than King Salmon. According to Honolulu Fish Company's founder, Wayne Samiere, "most people don't like to attempt to raise King Salmon because it takes quite a bit of time and care. The only way to describe the difference is like comparing a koala bear to a Great Dane. They're completely different."
