Once your order is processed, your fish will arrive raw, fresh, chilled and portioned with skin and bones removed. It will be shipped overnight and is specially packaged in an insulated box with ice. Honolulu Fish Company ships Monday through Friday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of the ship date.
