Why We Love It

Bread-and-butter pickles tend to be sweeter than dill pickles, but Nana’s B & B’s (as her grandson calls her signature pickle recipe) are a great example of a pickle with depth. They can can be chopped up and mixed into a potato salad or added to a panini to add a piquant note. Or try a cold salad of leftover ham, potatoes, fresh dill, mayo and diced pickles. These also pair well with cheese and brats … just in time for Oktoberfest.
