Famous for its excellence, the affineurs at Artisanal are true artists, maturing cheeses to their prime in state-of-the-art caves located right in New York City.
Once your order is processed, your cheese will be shipped to you for overnight delivery. Artisanal ships Monday through Friday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date.

This cheddar is strong enough to stand up to almost any drink—it is excellent with lagers and pilsners, Chardonnay and Merlot. - Artisanal paper is specially designed to allow the cheeses to breathe and retain moisture
- Store your cheese in a cool, damp place such as a wine cellar or in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator
- Try to consume your cheeses within days of receiving them so that you can enjoy them at peak flavor, particularly the softer types
- If properly stored, most cheeses will last several weeks
