Eaten raw, it has a clean, briny flavor that is enhanced with a drizzle of olive oil and squirt of lemon juice. Cooking Cuttlefish

Sepia looks a little bit like squid, but is much more delicate.  All this cuttlefish needs is a quick sear on the grill or in a very hot pan.  Slice it and add it to salads or pastas or serve it on its own with wilted greens and a tomato salad.
