Once your order is processed, your macarons will be shipped to your for overnight delivery. Payard ships Monday through Thursday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date.

Use and Care

  • If you are not eating the macarons right away, the best way to store the macarons is to put them in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator for a maximum of 5 days
  • They should be removed from the refrigerator and brought to room temperature (approximately 2 hours) before eating
