Michelle Crochet first fell in love with rocky road chocolate when she was a little girl by way of her mother’s traditional recipe. In 2007, she started her San Francisco-based artisan confectionery, swapping out classic walnuts for salty peanuts and crafting home-made marshmallow.

Guittard Chocolate

Guittard Chocolate Company has been crafting chocolate for 140 years. The San Francisco–based company is one of only ten chocolate makers in the United States who work directly with their cacao growers. Droga's founder, Michelle Crochet picked Guittard to coat her treats because in addition to their nearby locale, they also share her desire to make natural, wholesome, artisanal products. Guittard chocolate is made from all–natural ingredients and real vanilla beans, and the company has remained family–run since Etienne Guittard opened the San Francisco factory once upon a time in 1868.

  • REBEL ROCKY ROAD: milk chocolate or dark chocoalte (pure cane sugar, full cream milk, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, soya lecithin, pure vanilla), peanuts, organic evaporated cane juice, organic brown rice syrup, water, kosher gelatin (100% bovine), corn starch (non GMO seed), pure vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar and vanilla bean extractives), salt.
