Now Erin runs a booming business on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, using garbanzo flour instead of wheat flour, agave nectar instead of processed sugar (when possible), and dairy-free bases for her lush baked goods. She has been featured on Oprah.com and in New York Magazine. In short, she’s a hit—and not just with those who, like her, suffer from food allergies.
