Well-Traveled Fish Sauce

Three crabs fish sauce has origins in San Francisco, CA, where the Chinese-Vietnamese founder of Viet Huong Fish Sauce Company began by blending his fish sauces in his garage back in the 1980’s. Thirty years later they are still making fish sauce in two locations—one in Vietnam and the other in Thailand—which are carefully blended at their factory in Hong Kong.
