Once your order is processed your Hancock Gourmet order will be sent to you for 2-day delivery. Hancock Gourmet ships Monday through Wednesday. All perishable orders are packed with dry ice. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date.

Use and Care
- Freeze until ready to eat. Thaw in refrigerator or overnight.
- Once thawed, consume within 4 days
- Preheat oven to 350⁰. Remove plastic wrap from ramekins and place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake for 33-35 minutes until hot.
