Once your order is processed your Hancock Gourmet order will be sent to you for 2-day delivery. Hancock Gourmet ships Monday through Wednesday. All perishable orders are packed with dry ice. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date.
Milano Meets Maine
Milano goes Down East in this risotto, made sweet with Maine lobster, and rich with a beurre blanc infused with mild crimini mushrooms, a kiss of Swiss cheese, and blended with perfectly cooked Arborio rice. A bit of texture is provided by a topping of panko mixed with lemon-herb butter. Served in a scallop shell, it’s as if Poseidon tossed up a briny, ready-made gift from the gods.

Use and Care
- Freeze until ready to eat. Thaw in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs. or overnight.
- Remove plastic wrap from shells and place on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350⁰. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
- Left frozen, the risotto will be good for 9 months
- Once thawed, consume risotto in 4 days
