Known as “New York’s Butcher,” DeBragga specializes in naturally raised Angus from the Midwest, Wagyu from Japan, Australia and the US and heritage-breed poultry.
Once your order is processed, your meat will be shipped to you for overnight delivery packaged with cold gel packs. DeBragga ships Monday through Thursday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date.

- This meat will arrive fresh, not frozen, and was cut less than 24 hours prior to shipping.
- Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival in the original packaging.
- If for some reason the package is not airtight on arrival, the product is still good. Simply re-wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze or cook within 5 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Method of Production
- DeBragga's veal comes from strictly Holstein calves that are raised with no hormones and raised in group housing barns, never tethered or caged.
- The calves are fed only milk and dairy products, no grain.
