Unique to Gilt Taste, the three-pound roast will make a dinner to savor for six to eight guests, and the four single rib chops (or Côte de Boeuf) create a perfect meal for two.

Once your order is processed, your meat will be shipped to you for overnight delivery packaged with cold gel packs. DeBragga ships Monday through Thursday. You will receive an email from Gilt Taste notifying you of your ship date.

 

Rib Roast

In the hands of DeBragga, it’s a masterful combination, beginning with the highest grade of Certified Angus beef (less than one percent of meat achieves this Prime status). Naturally raised under DeBragga’s “Never Ever” rule of no antibiotics and no hormones, the beef is then aged for at least 30 days, until the flavor has reached its peak. A luscious roast such as this partners well with a rich red-wine sauce or a rub of fresh herbs, and the chops make a fantastic braise, although simply grilled might be the most sincere form of flattery.

Use and Care

  • This meat will arrive fresh, not frozen, and was cut less than 24 hours prior to shipping.
  • Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival in the original packaging.
  • If for some reason the package is not airtight on arrival, the product is still good. Simply re-wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze or cook within 5 days.
  • Can be frozen for up to 3 months
