Use and Care

  • Store the olive oil in a cool, dark place for up to 2 years.
  • Honey will never spoil. After time, it may crystalize. Crystalized honey is still delicious and many prefer it. If you prefer a smooth honey, gently warm the jar in a pan of water.

  • Olive oil is USDA certified organic, DOP certified, zero trans fat and kosher.
  • Honey is made by happy Sicilian bees that pollinate the finest orange blossoms that are never treated with pesticides. It is pure orange blossom honey, unpasteurized, unfiltered and unprocessed.
