Roman Holiday

Roman Locals and savvy tourists alike flock to the Sant’Eustachio Café, where coffee has been roasted and brewed since 1938. Brothers Raimondo and Roberto Ricci took over the café in 1999, keeping the café’s commitment to quality intact. While Roberto travels the globe looking for the best Arabica beans, Raimondo oversees production in Rome, using a vintage wood-burning roaster to deliver the smooth, sweet flavor customers have come to demand of Sant’Eustachio. Although Beatrice Ughi, who also hails from Rome, wanted to include this coffee in Gustiamo’s offerings when it launched. it took years  to convince the small company to branch into the U.S. market.
