Whole Dungeness Crabs

This product is not currently available.

Caught in Puget Sound and cooked the same day it’s shipped to you, these meaty, extra-large Dungeness crabs are tasty served hot or cold. All you need to make these crabs a meal is a pile of napkins, a claw cracker and warm drawn butter (although the meat is so sweet, we think you can skip the butter).

Here's what you get:

  • Two ~2½ pound Dungeness crabs, fully cooked
  • Crabs vary in weight between 2-3 lbs

Hama Hama Lilliwaup, WA

In 1922, Harry and Helena Robbins founded Hama Hama, a logging company named for the river that flowed through their property in Lilliwaup, Washington. In the 1950s, the family began hand harvesting oysters from the river delta and drove their bounty to Seattle to sell to restaurants, creating one of the first markets for oysters on the half shell.

Pride of Puget Sound

Named after the town of Dungeness, Washington, these crabs are an iconic treasure of the Pacific Northwest.  You’ll need to do a little bit of work cleaning the crab before you can enjoy the sweet, mild meat. Turn the picked meat into juicy lump crab cakes, held together with a just little bit of egg, panko and mayonnaise and seasoned with lots of fresh herbs and garlic.  For a light salad, toss the picked meat with orange and grapefruit segments and sliced avocado; finish it with a dash of salt and pepper and drizzle of olive oil.  For something hot and spicy, try Sam Talbot's Spicy Coconut Crab
