Why We Love It
Chamomile is a member of the daisy family and has been used since ancient times as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and healing medicine. To brew the perfect cup, be aware of the three "Ts:" (water) temperature, (steeping) time and total (amount). Steep one tablespoon of Nile Valley Chamomile with eight ounces of boiling water for five to seven minutes. The tea is certified organic in the United States as well as the far-stricter European Union and Japan.
