Hormone-free dairy and handmade jams and fillings are a cornerstone here: Blueberry crumble pop pies are silky and sweet, filled with homemade blueberry jam and a touch of Tahitian vanilla. Apple is a smart twist on the classic turnover, with a bright note of Vermont cider jam. Chocolate almond and brown sugar–cinnamon pies will satisfy any sweet tooth with coffee in the morning or a glass of milk before bed.
