Why We Love It

Snake River Farms' Gold Label far surpasses the marbling standards required for a US Prime–grade rating, and would garner the highest rating in the more extensive Japanese system, which also considers color, firmness and the clean, buttery, mouth-filling flavor of the fat. Idaho potatoes, soft white wheat, corn and alfalfa hay make up the all–natural feed, as the cattle roam the high plain of the Snake River in Eastern Idaho.
