There's a reason King Salmon has its name" the fat content is stunning, giving us rich, silky fish. A small cooperative of Alaska fishermen catch this salmon and immediately clean and flash freeze it themselves as soon as they reach shore. It's some of the freshest fish we've ever tasted.

Here's what you get:

The Secret of Their Success

Salmon, arguably the most beloved of all fish for its delicate flavor, silky texture, and sheer culinary versatility—you can bake, poach, sear, broil, and grill it—can also be one of the hardest fisheries to manage. Different species, some farmed, some wild, are sold under a variety of (sometimes misleading) market names, so be sure to seek out Pacific salmon from Alaska. A true success story, the state’s freshwater habitats remain relatively pristine and are home to the some of best-monitored salmon populations in the world, certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council.
