Here's what you get:
- Four 6 oz frozen Australian Wagyu flat iron steaks
Blackmore Wagyu Beef is a family owned farm located in the fertile Goulburn River flats of Victoria, Australia. David Blackmore, the founder of the company, is one of world’s leading experts in Wagyu beef. He and his family are proud to sustainably raise full-blood Wagyu cattle, free of antibiotics, hormones and GMO feed.
Your products will arrive frozen via overnight shipping in an insulated box with frozen gel packs to keep your meat cold. Because this meat has a higher fat content and was frozen soon after slaughter, the integrity of the meat is maintained throughout the freezing and thawing process. This product will be shipped by Mishima Ranch, Monday through Thursday.
Why We Love It
Blackmore Wagyu cattle are raised in one of the world's most beautiful natural settings, Australia’s fertile Goulburn River flats, an area with huge open pasture lands and natural lagoons that was intentionally selected by the Blackmore family to provide their cattle with the very best quality of life. Wagyu calves are raised on their mother’s milk for their first 15 months and then weaned to natural, non–GMO feed free of hormones and antibiotics. Blackmore's purebred Wagyu cattle are ration–fed for nearly two years, allowing the cattle to naturally gain intra–muscular fat, visible in the beef's heavy marbling. Mishima Ranch works with Blackmore Wagyu Beef to bring these coveted Australian steaks to the United States.
