This pork belly will arrive frozen. It will be shipped overnight and is specially packaged in an insulated box with ice. Becker Lane Organic Farm only ships Monday through Thursday.

 

Why We Love It

Pork belly, if cured (and sometimes smoked), is called bacon. Homemade bacon is a fine use for Becker Lane's bellies, but we also love this cut braised, low and slow in your oven, and then crisped in a pan or on the grill. These pork bellies come from Berkshire pigs, a handsome black and white heritage breed from England, treasured for their tender, well marbled and juicy meat.
