These Porterhouse chops are packaged individually and will arrive frozen. They will be shipped overnight and are specially packaged with ice. Becker Lane Organic Farm only ships Monday through Thursday.

 

Why We Love It

Becker Lane Organic Farm wants to breed happy pigs. To do that, their heritage-breed Berkshire pigs have access to an outdoor, natural environment all year long, where they're allowed to practice natural behaviors like nesting. To raise healthy pigs outside, the animals have to be protected from both the winter cold and summer heat. Becker Lane has constructed straw-filled steel farrowing huts in their pastures: a relaxing, cool spot during the summer, and a warm shelter during chilly winter weather.
