By dry aging the meat in-house for at least 4 weeks, Flannery turns our country's best beef into these truly special ribeyes, rich with flavor that lingers.

Bryan Flannery, Jr. has been immersed in the meat business since sweeping the floors of his dad's famous butcher shop. Today, Bryan sells natural and sustainably raised meats in his own shop, Bryan's Fine Foods, under the watchful eye of the store's manager, his daughter Katie.

All steaks will arrive frozen via overnight shipping in an insulated box with coolant. Flannery's dry aged meats have an incredibly low water content which means the freezing and thawing processes won't affect the texture of the meat.
