All in the Family

Each of the local nut farming families that John & Kira source their ingredients from are experts in their fields. For more than 25 years, Chris and Marcie Baugher have been farming organic almonds on their ranch in Orland, California and the Holmquist family's DuChilly hazelnuts, characterized by their hefty size and sweeter skins, are harvested in Lynden, Washington. The pistachios, without bias some of the best grown on earth, are from Eagle Ranch Pistachio Groves, operated by George and Marianne Scheweer since 1974, in the desert community of Alamogordo, New Mexico.
