In the process, she discovered that 479˚Fahrenheit is the optimal temperature for popping corn.

Vietnamese Cinnamon

479 Popcorn pops organic, sustainably grown kernels in small batches and while warm, sprinkles them with Vietnamese cinnamon and organic sugar crystals. Vietnamese cinnamon trees, in comparison to other cinnamon species, have the highest percentage of cinnamon oil in their bark, which gives the spice harvested from these trees a spicy aroma and intense cinnamon flavor.
