Every week, 479 Popcorn blends their own Madras curry from seven locally-sourced spices including paprika and turmeric. Madras curry, native to southern India, is finished with coconut milk to cut the heat and sweeten the sauce. 479 Popcorn mimics the move by tossing the kernels with organic coconut and whole toasted cashews. This stuff is the perfect complement to Bollywood movie night, and it's popped-to-order and shipped the same day.
