- Cakes will ship to you frozen
- Keep frozen for up to 2 months
- Unwrap any packaging from cake, including the clear acetate cake collar. Make sure to remove cake collars while cakes are frozen.
- Defrost in refrigerator 30-45 min prior to serving OR thaw at room temp for 10-15 min prior to serving
- Most desserts are easier to cut while cold and with a slightly wet knife
