Stunning and modern, the prototype for this tray was hand-sculpted and then cast in concrete from the consequent mold. Sealed with natural carnauba wax, it’s a functional work of art. Culinarium founder Jordan Castro crafts this tray using a mix of concrete he’s perfected over time. It’s strong, smooth and feels more similar to ceramic or aluminum than concrete and will develop character and patina over time.
