Characteristics: We couldn’t agree with Stephen Tanzer more: These are lush, intense wines that are nonetheless elegant and pure. Expect bouquets of berries, cola and spice cake, with notes of licorice in the Camins, and violets in Les Terrasses. Camins is an excellent everyday wine whose great concentration and balance will shine even more exceptionally in a few years. Les Terrasses is juicier, more floral and more nuanced, with an excellent, persistent finish.
