Together they are delicious, no matter your preparation. The Santa Maria Chardonnay, is light and bright with gentle oak and stone fruit aromatics - excellent for a fish pairing. The Chablis is an all around wine that everyone will love - it pairs with any food and on its own - downright delicious!
