Characteristics: Bright and refined, this well-balanced wine has an intense bouquet of berries, flowers, balsamic and spices, which transforms on the palate into a pervasive minerality. Oak is well-integrated into the wine, as are tannins—the berried flavor is both spicy and sweet, and is a wonderful match for game meats including wild boar and braised red meats.
