Why to buy: From what is unquestionably one of the finest estates in St. Emilion, this Bordeaux is a steal. This food-friendly, elegant wine is perfect for any holiday table.

Characteristics: Ruby in color, this wine is lively with aromas of blackberry, spices, licorice and mint. It’s juicy with a palate of dark berries and violet. The tannins appear late on the palate and the wine has a smooth, long finish.
