Hand-sliced and packaged-to-order, they pride themselves on offering a truly artisanal product.
Here’s what you get:
- 8 oz of Nova salmon
- 8 oz of kippered salmon
- 8 oz of Scottish salmon
- 8 oz of Sable
- 8 oz of trout
- 8 oz of bite-size Herring with onions and sour cream
- 8 oz of whitefish salad
- 8 oz each (3 tubs total) of an assortment of three cream cheeses
- Fish can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks (unopened), or frozen for up to 90 days
- After opening, enjoy in 2-3 days
