Divine Brine
Chef Robert Schaefer has long been a champion of whole, natural foods. After taking a break from the kitchen his passion migrated to the flourishing garden in the back of his Long Island, NY, home. Inspired, the green thumb created Divine Brine Foods, his line of pickles, caponata, and chutneys made from fresh, local produce.
