They’re made of Duroc and Berkshire pork that is house-ground and blended with shichimi togarashi, a Japanese spice blend that has red chile flake, dried orange peel, sesame seeds and ginger. Grill up these burgers, top them with red cabbage coleslaw and you’ll never go back to beef burgers again.
