Evening Engagement is an organic Bai Mu Dan white tea blended with rose petals and chrysanthemum blossoms. The Summer Child blend is an invigorating black tea with sweet dried peaches and vanilla and Love Spell is a herbal hibiscus blend of rose petals, lemon, and apple.

Lisa Kunizaki, born and raised in Queens, imports these sugars from Japan, a place she traveled every summer of her childhood to live with her grandparents. Lisa and her grandmother spent time entertaining guests, where their trademark for these gatherings was serving tea with these “jewels of sugar.”
