Everything from fruit to flatbread will shine on this simple tray, hand burnished and waxed, and finished with stainless steel cleat handles on both ends. Culinarium founder Jordan Castro crafted this cellar using a mix of concrete he’s perfected over time. It’s strong, smooth and feels more similar to ceramic or aluminum than concrete and will develop character and patina over time.
