Made from some of the creamiest and cleanest milk in Utah, by a family who gave up briefcases and laptops for mixing milk and ripening cheese, Beehive Cheeses are extraordinary. Every month (for less than $35!) you’ll get a 6 oz wedge of one of their gorgeous cheeses plus a treat from one of their favorite local artisans like espresso bean chocolates from Chocolot, jalapeño preserves from Pepp’ricot Preserves or Beehive’s own smokey cheese curds.

Beehive Cheese makes delicious buttery hard cheeses. Barely Buzzed is hand rubbed with a Turkish grind of coffee from Colorado Legacy Coffee Company and aged on Utah Blue Spruce aging racks. Their apple walnut is a sweet and nutty number that’s cold-smoked with local walnut shells and red apples. We love the newest addition to their collection, Teahive Cheese; it’s rubbed with black tea and bergamot oil.

Your monthly shipment will go ship the first Monday of every month.

Six years ago, childhood friends (and now brothers-in-law) Tim Welsh and Pat Ford ditched their careers in software and real estate to start Beehive Cheese, one of the few artisan cheesemakers in Utah, specializing in first-rate artisan cheeses made from the milk of Jersey cows grazing near the Great Salt Lake.

Recipient will receive notice of subscription enrollment and monthly shipments of an assortment from Beehive Cheese. All assortments will ship the first Monday of each month. For orders placed before the 21st of the month, assortment will ship on the first Monday of the next month. Orders placed after the 21st, will ship in two months.
