Growing up vegan in beef-loving Brazil was a challenge for Fernanda Capobianco. After moving to New York in 2009, Fernanda started a dessert line called Vegan Divas. Today, Fernanda markets her organic, naturally sweetened, kosher, dairy-and-cholesterol-free cookies, doughnuts and cakes at gourmet markets in and around Manhattan.
