Your monthly shipment will go out the first Tuesday of every month.

  • Each month you'll receive a 2 lb mix of rare mushrooms, foraged greens, fruits and vegetables
  • The assortment will vary with the seasons, but you may receive fiddlehead ferns, ramps, fresh yuzu, crosnes, fingerlimes, heart of palm, hen-of-the-woods mushrooms or chanterelle mushrooms.

Recipient will receive notice of subscription enrollment and monthly shipments of two pounds of wild foods. All assortments will ship the first Tuesday of each month. For orders placed before the 21st of the month, one box of wild foods will ship on the first Tuesday of the next month. Orders placed after the 21st, will ship in two months. Additional assortments will ship the first Tuesday of the ensuing month. Gilt Taste cannot modify order or shipment timing.
