Recipient will receive notice of subscription enrollment and monthly shipments. Assortments will ship the second Wednesday of each month. For orders placed before the 21st of the month, one box of meat will ship on the second Wednesday of the next month. Orders placed after the 21st, will ship in two months. Additional assortments will ship the second Wednesday of the ensuing month. Gilt Taste cannot modify order or shipment timing. Our animals aren't stressed for food or during slaughter leading to a much milder flavoring." From highly prized Black Buck and Nilgai antelope breeds (they freely range upon Texas short grasses like mesquite, live oak and witchcraft, imparting a grassy edge of "Texas terroir" to this typically gamey meat) to free-range Elk (sourced from Rotorua, the north island of New Zealand), Broadleaf has found the best of the best in exotic game from around the globe.
