A thick layer of golden, sweet crumbs cloak a delicate yellow cake, all made using premium ingredients: Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, Saigon cinnamon from Vietnam, dark brown Muscavado sugar from the island of Mauritius, free-range eggs, and butter from local Dallas, Texas cows. It’s a cake you can feel good about buying, since Crumbzz donates three percent of its profits to environmental efforts. Their coffee cakes are preservative-free, chemical-free, and absolutely delicious.

Crumbzz was started by J Stephen Sadler, but the family recipe behind this incredible crumb cake traces to Hudson Valley, New York—and to Austria before that. Crumbzz only uses hormone-free milk in its baked goods, and Sadler donates a percent of his profits to environmental efforts.
