Born in Casablanca, raised in Marrakesh, he eventually came to the Unites States to study economics and it was here, funnily enough, that he became a chef. Homesick, he began to experiment with recreating the flavors of his mother’s kitchen on his own, using only his memories. The result? Super personal dishes rooted in Morocco, but thriving in Northern California. Unbelievably delicious.
