Using many of her Indian father’s recipes, she’s developed a line of sauces that have earned acclaim in the New York Times and Real Simple. This one is mild and fresh, packed with yogurt, cream, tomatoes, ginger, cilantro, lemon juice, and fenugreek leaves. Just sear chicken, beef or fish briefly, add sauce, simmer together until cooked, and serve with rice or bread.
