Kaimal is a former photo editor at Saveur, where her home-cooked meals were so popular among colleagues she decided to launch a line of fresh, preservative-free sauces. This curry sauce is loaded with sweet coconut milk, diced tomatoes, garlic, ginger and turmeric. Just lightly brown your meat or fish of choice in a bit of oil, pour in a jar of this sauce, simmer meat until done, and serve with rice or flatbreads.
